starting off with an irrelevant part about my new hobbies (NEED THINGS TO KEEP ME MOVING IN LIFE)

#HOBBY 1: JIGSAW PUZZLE!
MY FIRST CHALLENGE AFTER A LONG LONG TIME
during the As there was this period i was really itching to play with puzzle pieces but I CAN'T, MUST PRETEND TO BE STUDYING.
anyways it was really nostalgic playing the jigsaw.. i remember it used to be my favourite past time when i was way younger...
and times have changed, even jigsaw puzzles improved!
when i bought the box, the salesperson was still explaining to me about the jigsaw pieces, saying that they are made of plastic and hence does not require glue or shiz
which is amazing, cause the cardboard/paper jigsaws are so... flabby, flimsy and looks so sad.
and that when you complete it, you don't really know what to do with it.
but this shit? you can just hold it up after you finish,
no glue, no mess, NOTHING. :D
damn excited when i started piecing again.
#tip: always start with the frame/ outer piece <3
(ok lah you not stupid you should know)
and this is the end product after approximately 3 weeks!
sorry took a bit long but no point rushing also :P must learn to enjoy/endure the process

and was bored and shit so bought some paint and brushes from art friend and started spamming the paper without knowing what i'm doing. rather inspired by the jigsaw i was doing atm.
i think i new bigger brushes, i couldn't :O

AND WENT INTO A PLACE WHERE FOOD IS OVERPRICED AND YUCKY.
never try this bowl of gravy with pathetic strands of mee siam and they added like 5 small rings of intestines. and had the face to charge you $8.
and some okok but salty food i guess? is it called 辣妹？no not the human. ok yes, the human, but the food is also called la mei.
just when we thought things are going to get worse, le gyoza popped out to save the day. it's not that exceptionally delicious, but when you have the dishes above as your main course, you start to appreciate the beauty in everything else.

went to some kazukutei jap place at dhoby ghaut for dinner. i'm surprised we haven't discover the place before.... it's pretty nice.
so nice that their clam seafood bowl is like THIS BIG. just look at the size of her head. and back.
sorry i felt that it deserves a close up shot.
aunty tried to place her chopsticks on the bowl, asian style, but failed. as you can see.
but my omu rice was pretty damn awesome also!!! #craves for it.
oh it's also the day i bought my materials from art friend. :D
