Day 3; (17 Dec)

I really cannot already. Damn slow.. Everything also damn slow. Wanted to go for a walk near the seaside but they just kept dragging. Didn't want to have any regrets so just went alone to the seaside, after finding the entrance after so long.

It was worth it, but regrettably no one was free or able to help me take photographs. Regret. But better than nothing. Didn't even have the time to take a proper selfie. But really, better than nothing.

But before that let me introduce the hotel room a little bit more

There's really nothing much to blog about today, because it's all rainy and cold and gloomy and we had to change schedule and the whole day consisted of mainly shopping and dramas.

I'm officially torn between not wanting to have kids and wanting to have kids so badly.

Reasons as follows: I don’t want them to turn out like my niece and nephew. But I also really want kids because baby clothes are fucking beautiful and that I want to ensure the high quality of my offspring.

Doesn't make sense right? It's more of like I want to teach someone my own way, and I want to see how he/she turns out like.

Lunch at some posh place. Best thing? There's wifi.

Then we went some shopping mall. (Thanks to the weather) Super big but not enough time to shop, thanks to the devils. But at least I bought a set of clothes. On impulse. The whole store was on 50% discount.

Tried starbucks hot chocolate, while doing speed shopping for 30 minutes..

Checked in at new hotel. Thank you for taking care of me.  I struggled with luggage, and kind hearted brothers helped me. But still I twisted my arm.

which reminds me we also dropped by a super huge drugstore. no time to shop properly for the cosmetics i wanted cause my niece kept clinging onto me FML.

Then dinner at some chinese restaurant. Hotpot.

Shared table with another two brothers' family. Revelation that one of them is actually older than me. I thought both of them were teenage boys. (and the other family two younger girls [end up one of them older than me also])

Day 4; (18 Dec)

Quite a long day. Achievement unlocked. Slightly sober now. But first I need to settle everything today. ( I feel like I'm blogging in doge language )

morning went down to the lobby to use wifi and wait for burdens.

First stop was shurijo castle park, and let the photographs do the talking.

i literally couldn't stop loling when my nephew and niece both imitated how my gugu walked (limped with an umbrella). the 3 of them formed a line and walked. super funny.

After the tour with the very fine weather and which I enjoyed very much since it's the first time I'm seeing the blue skies of okinawa.

Then buffet lunch at some tourist destination. Greeted with manure smell ever since we alighted.

before the crowd came in. there were many students because somehow okinawa is a favourite spot for their grad trip... and this restaurant can accommodate many people anyway.

THERE WAS A CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN. #chillinbythefirewhereweeatinfondue 

The buffet, so many people, so scare wow. And many students.

After lunch was the taiko performance. Not bad but photograph prohibited. I was invited up during the performance, I shy.

No seriously I got invited up as part of the performance. I thought the mascot just wanted to high five with me, (because she did with the people in front of me) but she just dragged me up.

And there was thing mixed blood performer who was the one controlling head of the lion thing... uh bit my butt.

speaking of mix bloods. there were a lot of american-japs here at okinawa, thanks to the us military base. wow eye candies.

Almost got lost after the performance (the crowd was crazy afterwards) but the tour guide came back to look for us and we went to the 钟乳石洞

The walk was too damn long, and cramped, but still interesting to watch.

But the walk really took way toooooo long. I think we took at least 40 minutes to finish walking. And why is it that we cannot give up halfway? Cause it's a one way route.

saw lots of money every where. my niece and nephew went "WAH MOMMY GOT MONEY!!"

afterwards i discovered my nephew wants to bring magnet next time to attract all the coins.

Good intention hunny, but nope. some coins are made of metal that cannot be attracted by magnets.

Finally exited the place o_o then we were greeted by fruit trees.

and they went thief mode and started stealing oranges.

this packet of starfruits costed me uh... at least $5 SGD.

the thing is that, both niece and nephew are entitled to two toys per day.

Then we moved on to our next mini destination. Not sure what it was supposed to be, but i vaguely remembered it as a memorial park that got a face lift because some very important figure in US visited okinawa to give a speech. some president perhaps? you know how no shit is given when the tour guide didn't want us to spend too much time here too. 

it rained slightly as we left the previous destination to reach this place.

just loads of empty spaces. you don't really get to see much human beings here at okinawa. in fact during the stay at the northern part of okinawa, i've seen more cemetries than people on the bus ride.

which also reminds me that I've forgot to mention how the trip went like.

first we alighted from the plane at Naha, the city part of okinawa (southern), then we took a 2 hours bus ride or so to the most northern part, where we stayed at the hugeass hotel with only the road and the beach. then we traveled back to the southern part (which is where we are at now). 

wanted to climb the tree (my bjf suggested) but my heels made it a bit too risky too. just play nice.

Finally ended with the short meaningless tour, and the preview:

 fish market, fresh oysters and sashimi, super windy and breezy, food flying everywhere.

this place is not in the itinerary, but the tour guide brought us here nonetheless

my nephew was fanboying over this guy (zhiyang), and was damn wishy washy when we approached him to take photograph. thanks zhiyang for grabbing him to take a picture and end my misery of waiting.

we moved a table to the less sunny area (but thus very windy) and laid out foodstuff to have a pre dinner.

The next destination was the outlet mall, and didn't shop much…just grateful for the wifi, even more drama when I was sent to run around to look for people. Not to mention that it was fucking cold too.

Spent money on only water at the end of the day.

at the end of the road was where marc jacobs was at, and where my cousin spent a bomb at... on laptop cases and such. meanwhile i walked allll the way till i reach this point in order to get wifi.

But if not for the fact that i ran all around and couldn't find my niece and bjf (time wasted), i would have spent money. hah.

then there's also this episode where the whole bus waited for like 15 minutes for my cousin and nephew... who was still buying shiz from gshock. thanks to kw's papa for bringing me to where they were last seen.

and like my dislike wasn't strong enough, my niece coughed into my mouth and OF COURSE I WOULD REFLEXLY CHIDE HER like "WTF ARE YOU DOING" and she started to act like she's the victim and complained to her father. and my bjf made me apologize for something that i didn't even do wrong.

since she's a kid, i give in.

but no this is not the way it should be. 

I can't.

WENT BACK TO HOTEL, WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO LEECH WIFI, MADE FRIENDS WITH THE NTIY2ACC GUY.

Then went to this awesome 居酒屋 for dinner. The food damn good, and I finally had the 泡盛  alcohol, unique to okinawa. Slightly tipsy slightly drunk, fucking tired. Food place blacked out for a few times but we don’t care we can't stop wont stop.
